Learning to Read Music
As a beginner you can’t read notes, but if you never learn to read notes, you still won’t be able to read them. … and never advance.
The best thing you can do is have a teacher, but failing that get beginning theory book, and published a book of easy classical music.
You want a published volume rather than whatever is free on the internet because it has been error checked, is properly printed and in the end costs a lot less than the wasted time you spend chasing your tail looking for a piece of music.
… having 1400 note names in front of your face isn’t ever going the help you.

There is no other way to learn the piano. If you can’t read sheet music (those pieces of paper with lines and dots) you are wasting your time. There is not other way to notate music for the piano.
So if you are serious about learning… get a teacher and learn to read music.

Thousands of classical scores here. It’s a really great resource IF you know how to read sheet music.
I’m not sure where you’re hoping to find sheet music “not in notes.” If you’re just learning piano I recommend getting a solid grasp on basic notation (note/rest length and pitch to start with) before trying to actually learn pieces.

Might not be the specific ones you are looking for but… You can find plenty of sheet music for download there. They have over 1000+ of them.
Good luck!
